Payments and Returns Policy
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all transactions are processed in AUD. Payments in another currency will not be accepted.
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our returns policy below. Orders for “Made to Order” and “Indent” items (items which are not stocked in the country and must be imported to satisfy the order) cannot be cancelled once received and processed.
Please contact us at email@example.com with the details of the goods and reason for the return, and we will provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product, whilst requests made within 10-30 days from receipt of the product maybe rejected at our discretion. Requests made beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
Products are to be returned at the buyer’s expense using whatever freight method is most convenient.
Products returned unopened & in their original condition will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee of the retail price. Products returned opened, which have not been used, and in their original condition, will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee of the retail price. Re-stocking fees will be deducted from the credit value.
Used, “Made to Order” or “Indent” items, cannot be returned.
Goods Damaged in Transit
When receiving your delivery, take time to inspect the shipment before signing the “Proof of Delivery” (POD). If you suspect that the shipment has been damaged, sign the POD with “Pending Further Inspection”, whilst if the shipment is clearly damaged, sign the POD with “Goods Received Damaged”.
Notify us immediately when damaged items have been received in your shipment, including details and photos of damages. The more detail received, will help us to quickly process your damages claim. We will arrange for replacement and return of the damaged item/s once your damages claim has been approved. No claims for damages will be accepted after seven (7) days from the delivery date.
Incorrect Item Supplied
Please notify us immediately if you have inadvertently received an incorrect item. We will arrange replacement and return of the incorrect item.
Retention of Title
Title of the goods does not pass to the buyer until payment has been made in full for the goods or services.
